Traditionally women are known to be disadvantaged in terms of education, technology and decision  making processes, although they play a very important role in agricultural and domestic  activities.

For this reason, it is very important to educate our girl children as  depicted at the upper part of this painting. The lower part of this piece shows a man and a  woman. The man in this scene is holding a baby to portray the support men should give  to women. The string instrument and the woman playing saxophone are to emphasize that  women should not be discriminated against in terms of their choice of work.  

Allowing women who want to pursue some professions that are traditionally considered to  be for men will also empower them.
