Saheed Garuba is a Nigerian artist based in Ogun State. He studied Fine Art and Design, majored in Painting at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria. Saheed is a multi talented, idealist/conceptual artist whose works has evolved through mural designs, graffiti, graphic design, illustration and woodwork. His mediums of choice as a painter are oil, acrylic, graphite, ball-pen, and watercolors. Saheed pours his thoughts and observations on everyday life in his environment and the world at large into his work. He has participated in various community projects, workshops and exhibitions, including a solo exhibition Drawing and Paintings at Alliance Francaise de Lagos, amongst others. Saheed is a member of Art in Medicine Fellowship.
