There is a lot going on in this work, and it speaks of how women are known to be "multitaskers." The piece is reminiscent of Jean Miro’s early abstract surrealist paintings and biomorphic forms. Like Miro, there are always a million things on a woman’s mind, be it responsibilities, dreams, loved ones, abstract concepts, or possible threats. The woman is always balancing a thousand thoughts in her head, and that is exactly what “Life of Domestic City” represents.
