PRECIOUS LULU COUTURE is an exclusive woman’s wear hub. We pride ourselves in our high fashion creations with intense attention to detail, bold ethnic elements and cosmopolitan silhouettes. We explore a conceptual approach to design driven by our ideology that fashion is the most expressive art form, a nonverbal communication and one of the most powerful visual means of communicating.

We produce for woman from all walks of life, our client is an adventurous woman regardless of age, size, race and creed, a woman who is settled and comfortable in her own skin, unapologetic about her sexiness, a sophisticated go getter with a chic and artsy outlook on life. PRECIOUS LULU COUTURE has showcased on international platforms such as Seychelles, London, Swaziland fashion week, etc.

Our creations have also been featured on international fashion magazines such as VOGUE ITALIA and FAB-UK. We have dressed and styled both local and international celebrities.

Our founding director/head design creative Ms Precious “LULU” Mahlangu’s interest in all things fashion began whirring at a very tender age. She studied arts from primary level until she matriculated. She then furthered her studies at the Vaal University of technology majoring in Fashion Design.

Precious LULU prides herself in elegant and sophisticated creations with much emphasis to detail. Her undeniable passion for fashion has seen her presenting the morning breakfast show in one of the biggest local community radio Stations in South Africa “ICORAFM100.4, and also writing a monthly fashion feature for a local provincial newspaper “the Zululand Observer”.

She was recently selected to participated on a local fashion production reality TV show “RAW SILK”season2 which aired on SABC1 primetime TV, where she emerged as one of the 3 finalist, scooping a retail deal to stock her designs at Burgundy Fly stores, one of the leading South African based fashion emporiums. PRECIOUS LULU COUTURE garments are also currently sold at select Foschini stores in South Africa.
