The Koshai Kollection embodies a journey of a thousand miles that begins with one step fuelled with passion. Koshai is the brainchild of a lady whose passion for Africa goes beyond the occasional show of solidarity but flows from depths untold. The Founder, Edeline Mutize, simply aims to tell the misunderstood African story through knitting using a crochet needle. She started creating from a tender age making dolls’ clothing. The then skew garments were perfected over time to become what is now known as Koshai Kollection creations.

This collection of art is created from items that Mother Nature lays to rest. From organic cotton, driftwood, wools and leather, each creator, including the Founder, will be challenged to re-incarnate what is dead to the eye and bring forth new life.
Koshai Kollection provides pieces to decode Africa’s true beauty through organic yarns that present a fresh, clean look for garments, ornaments and linen. As a writer, poet and appreciator of art, Edeline endeavours to combine elements of the spoken and written word into creative art to produce a completely unique experience.
